Living space includes 2 bedrooms, 1 lower level suite, and a sleeping loft, plus 1 full bath & an outdoor shower. The thoughtfully designed space includes central air & heat, keyless entry, and many work spaces for remote work.
Luxuriate in a lazy breakfast on the deck, complete with a BBQ grill, a dining table set and lounge chairs. Relax in the backyard swing, and enjoy s'mores by the fire pit on balmy summer evenings. Our well-appointed kitchen has all the appliances you'll ever need, and there are 2 large smart TVs for cozy family movie nights, as well as lots of board games to keep everyone occupied.
Beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, and baby gear like pack & play, high chair, toys, etc also provided. 3 car parking in driveway available & 1 dog allowed with prior approval.
Many wonderful memories to be made here, and Montauk sunsets are the most beautiful ones we've seen!
